I have owned my boat for about 2 years now. But I have been around boats almost all my life growing up on the Columbia river in Oregon. A few years ago I discover that my Great Grandpa use to be a hydroplane boat racer in the late 50’s early 60’s up in the pacific Northwest. He was good enough to become a member of the hydroplane Hall of Fame. This once again sparked my interest in boats and steered me towards buying my first speed boat.
Currently rebuilding my boat from scratch
I have done hundreds of hours of research into things like boat care, restoration, regulations, safety, storage, and winterization. This is on top of an unimaginable amount of time that I have spent on the water since I was a kid.
